Six Flags Initiates Debt Refinancing
GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, Nov. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: SIX) announced today that it has initiated a process to refinance its current credit facilities with the goal of negotiating new loans and lines of credit by mid-December 2011. The amount of debt following the transaction will be similar to the company's current borrowing level. Further details will be announced once the transaction is complete.
