Sitecore Appoints Robert Calderoni to its Board of Directors

Former Ariba CEO also serves on the board of directors for Citrix Systems, Juniper Networks and KLA-Tencor

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sitecore, the global leader in customer experience management, today announced the appointment of Robert (Bob) M. Calderoni to its board of directors.

Calderoni has more than 30 years' experience in the technology industry as an executive and board member. He served as chairman and chief executive officer of Ariba for 13 years, and led the company through a period of rapid growth as it transformed from a traditional software company to one of the largest SaaS providers in the industry.

Prior to his role as CEO at Ariba, Calderoni held senior executive positions at Apple and IBM. He has served as a chief financial officer at several large public companies.

Calderoni is also a member of the board of directors of Citrix Systems, Inc., Juniper Networks and KLA-Tencor, and currently serves as a senior advisor to SilverLake Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public accounting & finance from Fordham University.
