The event was held at the Gala Awards Dinner at the annual CERC conference in Montreal on September 18. Award recipients are chosen by the Board of Directors of Worldwide ERC in recognition of people whose dedication, devotion of time and expertise contribute to the betterment of the industry.
CERC's Service Recognition Program is aimed at recognizing volunteer contributions of its members. It's open to the entire membership and it offers three levels of Service Awards based on points earned through volunteer service to CERC. At this year's conference, Lisa's award was granted after the accumulation of 10 service points.
