NEW YORK, April 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius XM Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI) announced today that it will offer subscribers nationwide live hole-by-hole coverage of the 2012 Masters Tournament from Thursday, April 5, through Sunday, April 8, on the SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio channel (XM channel 93, Sirius channel 208).

SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio is available to XM subscribers and Sirius Premier (formerly known as "The Best of XM") subscribers. The channel can also be heard online on SiriusXM Internet Radio and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for smartphone and wireless devices.
During Masters Week, SiriusXM listeners will get extensive coverage of the first major tournament of the season with live play-by-play from storied Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia, plus expert analysis leading up to and throughout the event.
Live hole-by-hole coverage of tournament play will begin at 2:00 pm ET Thursday through Sunday and cover each day's on-course action with live reports from around Augusta National and updates on golfers moving up and down the leader board. Among the field competing for this year's green jacket are past Masters champions Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Charl Schwartzel, plus World #1 Luke Donald, Rory McIlroy, Lee Westwood, Martin Kaymer, Steve Stricker, Justin Rose and many other stars from the world over.
Leading into the play-by-play, former PGA TOUR pro John Maginnes will host a special preview show, The Masters Today, Thursday and Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm ET and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm ET. Immediately after the conclusion of each day's play, SiriusXM's Matt Adams will host Masters Review, giving listeners a full recap of the day's action.
Additionally, SiriusXM's daily lineup of shows will offer listeners the latest news, engaging interviews and expert analysis. Every weekday from 7:00 to 9:00 am ET, Matt Adams hosts Fairways of Life, followed by Teed Off with Brian Katrek from 9:00 to 11:00 am ET. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Adams hosts Live at the Masters – which will feature coverage of daily player press conferences and more - from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm ET. Maginnes will be heard hosting his regular show, Maginnes on Tap, Monday through Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm ET.
