Sirius Solutions Names Carrie Slagle Practice Lead of Trade Compliance and Risk Management

HOUSTON, May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P. (Sirius Solutions), an independent business consulting firm, today announced that Carrie Slagle joined the firm as Director and Practice Lead of the Trade Compliance and Risk Reporting practice area.  A 18-year commodity trading operations and technology veteran of both Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) and Enron Corp., Slagle will specialize in business process redesign and technology solutions for her commodity trading clients, who seek operational excellence in a new regulatory environment.

While at ICE, Slagle served as Director of the ICE Trade Vault and ICE eConfirm services from 2002 through 2013.  Most recently, she assisted clients with the implementation of swap data reporting and recordkeeping regulatory requirements made necessary by the U.S. Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the European Market Infrastructure Regulation.  She also oversaw the sales, technology integration and customer support functions for ICE Trade Vault and ICE eConfirm, serving the world's leading energy trading clients in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to joining ICE, Slagle was promoted through a number of operations and technology roles at Enron Corp. from 1994-2001.  A native of Texas, Slagle earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in 1994.
