Sirius Solutions Expands Transaction Advisory Services Practice Area

(Sirius Solutions) today announced Sal Fira has joined the firm as Managing Director to expand their Transaction Advisory Services practice area.  "With over 20 years of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions experience resulting in over 100 transactions across a variety of industries, Sal Fira brings a proven track record to assist our clients in making sound transaction decisions," said Kristi Chickering, CEO of Sirius Solutions.

Prior to joining Sirius Solutions, Sal served as Partner for Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services practice and advised middle-market, large private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies.  During his career, he also participated in one of the largest leveraged buyouts in the technology sector for the largest private equity firm in the world and served as the sell-side advisory lead in two of the largest divestiture projects in the United States.  

Sal is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance.  He served as a board member for the Dallas Affordable Housing Authority and is an active member of  "Education is Freedom", an organization devoted to increasing graduation rates among high school students.  Sal is a frequent speaker at conferences, workshops and other symposia, including the recent Accounting Society of Women CPAs Forum on "IPO Trends in Current Market Environment."
