SinoHub Postpones Annual Meeting of Stockholders
Rescheduled for Wednesday, July 13, 2011
SHENZHEN, China, June 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- SinoHub Inc. ("SinoHub" or the "Company") (NYSE Amex: SIHI), an electronics company whose main growth driver is manufacturing and distributing custom, private-label mobile phones, announced today that it has rescheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, originally scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Shenzhen China local time on Thursday, June 23, 2011, to 10:00 a.m. Shenzhen China local time on Wednesday, July 13, 2011. SinoHub decided to postpone its Annual Meeting of Stockholders in order to give it more time to solicit additional proxies in support of the proposals to come before the meeting. Valid proxies that have already been submitted will continue to be valid for purposes of the rescheduled Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, July 13, 2011. The record date of May 20, 2011 for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders has not been changed. In addition, no change has been made to the proposals to come before the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which were presented in the Proxy Statement that SinoHub filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 27, 2011.
