Sino Clean Energy Announces Intent to Release Annual Financial Information to the Public and to Hold an Annual Meeting of its Shareholders to Elect Directors

XI'AN, China, Aug. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sino Clean Energy Inc. (OTCPink: SCEI) ("Sino Clean Energy," or the "Company"), a leading producer and distributor of coal-water slurry fuel ("CWSF") in China, today announced that it will release its unaudited financial information for the Group as of and for the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2013, before the end of October 2014.

The Company will schedule an annual meeting of its shareholders to elect directors immediately following the release of its unaudited financial information as of and for the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2013.
