(NASDAQ: SAMG) announced today it will host a teleconference at 8:30 am Eastern Time on August 4, 2020, to discuss the company's financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. The Company's Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about September 18, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2020.
