ABOUT T.J. MILLER:
Miller got his start touring with Second City in Chicago, and doing improv at venues such as The Annoyance Theater and iO Chicago. Since then his profile has skyrocketed, and he's become one of the most in-demand comedians in the business, being named one of Variety's "10 Comics to Watch" and one of the "Next Big Things in Comedy" by Entertainment Weekly.
He has lent his vocal talents to the character Tuffnut in both How to Train Your Dragon movies and the Netflix TV series, "Robbie V." and, most recently, he was the comic book-loving superhero Fred in Disney's Big Hero 6.
He's also been in several major studio films, most notably Cloverfield, Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, She's Out of My League, and Transformers 4: Age of Extinction.
And of course, he plays Erlich Bachman on Mike Judge's HBO comedy series "Silicon Valley." Miller's Erlich is the quintessential tech bro, who's made enough money flipping his startup to launch an incubator for other budding startups.
He has been performing his absurdist observational stand-up act for over 10 years. His hour-long Comedy Central special "T.J. Miller: No Real Reason" and hip-hop/pop/folk music album "The Extended Play E.P.," an EP with 41 tracks, are available now.
He studied Classical Acting at B.A.D.A in Oxford, England and circus arts at Frichess Theatre Urbain.
