Signum Group Welcomes New COO Michael Desabris

ATLANTA, Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Signum Group, a leader in enterprise asset management systems integration and asset reliability services, today announced that Michael Desabris has joined the company as its chief operating officer.

As COO, Desabris will co-lead development and implementation of the company's strategic plans focusing on maximized revenues and profitability. He is responsible for all project delivery and resource management activities while supporting sales, marketing and long-term client relationships.

Mr. Desabris has over 25 years of combined EAM experience consulting internationally in the energy, manufacturing, natural resources, life sciences, manufacturing and transportation industries, as well as in state and local government agencies. Prior to joining Signum Group, Mr. Desabris spent 12 years in the EAM consulting business building and leading various consulting practices for Management Resources Group, Vesta Partners, BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting, and Gilbane Building Company. While at BearingPoint, he built and led the Global EAM practice that delivered, Oracle, Maximo, SAP and reliability solutions to Fortune 500 clients.  

Mr. Desabris has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and master's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven in Connecticut.  He is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and an executive member of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals.
