Sign PEMCO's 100-foot "12th Fan" banner that will fly above the Championship Game in New Jersey
SEATTLE, Jan. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PEMCO Insurance is celebrating the Seahawks' incredible journey to the NFL Championship Game by commissioning a massive 100-foot by 40-foot banner that will fly above Seattle on Thursday, Jan. 30 and in New Jersey over Met Life stadium during the weekend of the Championship Game.
Before it flies, PEMCO will take the banner on tour around the Puget Sound region with the goal of collecting 12,000 signatures from passionate "12s" in the Northwest. It's PEMCO's way of bringing as many Seahawks fans to the game as possible!
From Friday, Jan. 24 through Wednesday, Jan. 29, the banner will appear at several locations per day around the Northwest, and the tour will culminate at an official Seahawks fan rally planned for Wednesday, Jan. 29 at noon in Seattle (location TBD).
Then, on Thursday, Jan. 30 PEMCO will let the "12th Fan" spirit soar in the Seattle skies as the banner takes flight behind an airplane from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Following its Seattle flight, the banner will travel to New Jersey where it will take off once again to be towed over MetLife Stadium on Saturday, Feb. 1 and Sunday, Feb. 2.
