Siemens Enterprise Communications Named Nemertes PilotHouse Award Top Provider for OpenScape Unified Communications and IP Contact Centers
RESTON, Va., Aug. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Siemens Enterprise Communications today announced it has been named a 2011 PilotHouse Award winner by Nemertes Research, receiving the highest overall rankings among all vendors in both the Unified Communications and IP Contact Center categories for its OpenScape UC Server and OpenScape Contact Center solution.
Nemertes PilotHouse Awards recognizes technology providers based on the positive ratings of IT professionals using the products or services. The award is based on the results of Nemertes analysts interviewing and surveying more than 2,000 IT decision-makers. Customers rated their providers on technology, customer service, and value.
