Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals to its West Region

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held at the Four Seasons' Wit & Wisdom restaurant on the first night of orientation, and during the remainder of the week, the group enjoyed a meal at Cinghiale and a lively dinner cruise aboard the Spirit of Baltimore.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Brooke Beckstead, James Brown and Adrian Elegado to its West Region.  

Brooke Beckstead
Brooke joins the Denver Market as a Senior Associate after spending three years in assurance practice at EY. Her primary focus was on the oil and gas industry, although she gained additional experience in the health care industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.

Brooke is an enthusiastic professional who prides herself on building relationships, commitment, and quality work. She proves her dedication through her strong work ethic and exceptional results. "Siegfried's reputation of building sincere, personal relationships and delivering quality work is noticeable — it's what attracted me to Siegfried and what makes me excited to work with such great people," she said. 

Although Brooke is an accountant first, she has an obsession with cleaning. As a result, she has voluntarily (and happily) taken over "kitchen duty" for Siegfried's Denver Market — it keeps her sane!

James Brown, CPA, CA
James, a Chartered Professional Accountant, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from PwC, where he gained three and a half years of audit experience with a primary focus in the real estate and construction industries. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.

James prides himself on his unique ability to adapt to new situations while inspiring confidence and optimism with his positive attitude. His pragmatic execution keeps projects on track with a high attention to detail ensuring excellent results to exceed client expectations. His committed work ethic and mental agility allow him to take on different projects while still producing outstanding outcomes. James said "I came to Siegfried to obtain exposure to new, exciting projects in a variety of industries while working with intelligent people who are always striving to learn and develop."

James takes every opportunity he gets to travel the world and tackle new adventures. He loves scuba diving, cliff jumping, skydiving, whitewater rafting and many other "dangerous" activities.

Adrian Elegado
Adrian joins the Los Angeles Market as a Senior Associate. He comes to Siegfried from Deloitte, where he gained three years of audit experience and more than a year in consulting, specializing in financial integrity and cost transparency solutions in a variety of industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara and his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Trident University. 

Adrian is a motivated professional with the drive to make a strong contribution to Siegfried's long-term success. He is a well-spoken, energetic self-starter with a phenomenal attitude towards serving his clients. A natural networker and proactive communicator, he thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. He said, "Siegfried's entrepreneurial culture allows me to use my strategic vision to creatively collaborate with analytical problem-solving to deliver tailored solutions."

Born and raised in San Diego, Adrian doesn't mind making the trip back to spend time with his family and do "outdoorsy" activities with them. He is an avid basketball fan, and loves to watch his sister, a professional, international basketball player, take the court for her games.
