Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals to its West Region

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about Siegfried, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Importantly, all new employees are given the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held at the Mandarin Oriental hotel's pool deck on the first night of orientation, and during the remainder of the week, the group enjoyed dinners at restaurants such as Nobu, Delmonico Steakhouse and Costa di Mare.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Alexandrine Austin, Devin Bissessur, Tiffany Lam and Yusi Liu to its West region.  

Alexandrine Austin, CPA, CA
Alex, a Chartered Professional Accountant, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried from PwC, where she gained more than three years of experience in the assurance practice. She attended the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.

Alex's confidence, coupled with her kind and patient demeanor, creates a strong team dynamic that motivates her colleagues and promotes active communication and collaboration. "I'm excited to join a company that offers great exposure to challenging opportunities and fosters an amazing culture with vibrant personalities," she said.  

Appreciative of new cultures and cuisines, Alex loves creating a good meal and spending time with close friends. She looks forward to exploring the trails of the Bay Area, making exciting connections and enjoying the beautiful sunshine of Northern California.

Devin Bissessur, CPA, CA
Devin, a Chartered Professional Accountant, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. Before coming to Siegfried, he gained four years of audit experience at PwC in the technology and real estate industries. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of British Columbia.

His innovative and tactile approach to solving problems and his desire to bring out the best in his team makes Devin a distinctive player in the workplace. Devin said he joined Siegfried because of the "challenge of taking on new client projects and working alongside dedicated, intelligent people."  

As an avid soccer player, golfer and surf fisher, Devin plains to maintain an active lifestyle as he travels for work. He also enjoys traveling, and has visited South Africa and various parts of South America.   

Tiffany Lam
Tiffany joins the San Francisco Market as a Senior Associate. Previously, she was at EY, where she gained three years of audit experience with a primary focus in the retail and technology industries. Her Bachelor of Science in Accounting comes from the University of Southern California.

With a positive attitude and strong work ethic, Tiffany tackles tough projects with no problem. "I always strive to challenge limits and exceed expectations, which is why I knew Siegfried would be a good fit," said Tiffany.

When she's not immersed in her current projects, Tiffany travels, takes group fitness classes and attends concerts. One of her favorite things about traveling is immersing herself in new cultures and meeting people from all walks of life. She has a penchant for horror films—her favorite is The Shining—and is an avid moviegoer.

Yusi Liu, CPA, CA
Yusi, a Chartered Professional Accountant, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. Before coming to Siegfried, Yusi gained three years of audit experience at EY, with a primary focus in the oil and gas industry. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary.

Yusi's positive demeanor and goal-oriented focus makes her a valuable asset to any team. She said "the chance to work on exciting and high profile engagements amongst the most talented individuals in the country is an opportunity presented by none other than Siegfried."

As a new resident to California, Yusi can't wait to experience what the Golden State has in store—from the latest technology in Silicon Valley, to keeping up with the newest fitness craze, to extensive exploration of Napa's lovely wine country.
