Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals to its Operations Team

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held at the Four Seasons' Wit & Wisdom restaurant on the first night of orientation, and during the remainder of the week, the group enjoyed a meal at Cinghiale and a lively dinner cruise aboard the Spirit of Baltimore.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Alex Ollinger, Megan Pettingill and Alyssa Spence to its Operations team.  

Alex Ollinger
Alex joins the Siegfried Operations team as a Data Analyst in the Business Systems department. Most recently, he was at Risk Placement Services, Inc., where he administered Dynamics CRM and built processes and procedures to ensure effective data collection and deployment. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University and put it to good use, becoming Assistant General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott in Malvern, PA.

Not afraid of new experiences and confident about his capabilities, Alex joined Siegfried for the opportunity to learn new systems and get exposed to different types of business challenges.

In his time off from analyzing data, Alex takes pleasure in cooking, eating fancy dinners and reading science fiction and fantasy stories of questionable quality. And, he never says "no" to a good camping trip. 

Megan Pettingill
Megan joins the Siegfried Operations team as a Content Marketing Associate. Previously, she worked at Project Management Institute, where she produced thought leadership materials. Before that, she spent five years at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware, first in the Corporate Communications department and then in the Marketing department. Her bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing comes from the University of Delaware.

With a happy and positive outlook, Megan commits herself to creating valuable relationships that support her delivery of exceptional projects and content. "I wanted to play a bigger role in my company's success," she said. "That's why I was so excited about the opportunity to join the Siegfried Operations team."

When she's not binge-watching Grey's Anatomy on Netflix, Megan serves as Vice President of her local University of Delaware alumni club, bakes a mean cupcake and makes custom aprons.

Alyssa Spence
Alyssa joins the Siegfried Operations team as a Video Communications Associate in the Marketing department. Prior to this, Alyssa worked as an Assistant to the Director of Multimedia for Athletics at the University of Delaware. She earned her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Delaware.

Alyssa's creative initiative enables her to bring a fresh perspective and unique style to Siegfried's Marketing team. She said, "I joined Siegfried because of the fun culture and endless opportunities!"

In her free time, Alyssa loves exploring new places, going to concerts and staying active. She has a sweet tooth for all desserts, loves the beach and rarely does anything without her identical twin by her side.
