Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals From Across the Country

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy, and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about the company, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Notably, all new employees have the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held in the Loews' Whiskey Room, and the group dined at restaurants around the city, including McCormick & Schmick's and R2L.

Central

Justin Annacone, CPA, joins the Philadelphia Market as a Senior Associate. He has a passion for solving complex problems and is eager to take on new challenges. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance from Rutgers University and his master's in accounting from Seton Hall University. Most recently, he was a Senior Associate at PwC.

Rick Ianni, CPA, joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. He prides himself on his hard work, passion, and commitment to success. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. Most recently, he was a Senior Account at Maloney + Novotny.

Alex Krzykowski, CPA, joins the Chicago Market as a Senior Associate. He enjoys collaborating with others and is committed to delivering results that consistently exceed expectations. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and his master's degree in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Most recently, he was an Assurance Senior at EY.

Alastair Morrison, CPA, CA, joins the Detroit Market as a Senior Associate. He takes great pride in his work and has an analytic ability that enables him to adapt quickly to new situations.  He earned his Bachelor of Business Science degree in accounting and finance from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. Most recently, he was the Director of Accounting and Finance at the Job Shoppe.

Carl Pfadt, CPA, joins the Detroit Market as an Associate Manager. He has a passion for motivating the people around him and uses his mental agility to connect disparate ideas into cohesive solutions. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. Most recently, he was the Lead Corporate Auditor at General Motors Company.

Chelsea Snyder, CPA, joins the Cleveland Market as a Senior Associate. She always brings a positive attitude to the table and can integrate quickly into any team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Miami University. Most recently, she was an Assurance Senior at EY.

Kevin Staskel, CPA, joins the Philadelphia Market as an Associate Manager. His commitment, problem-solving skills, and adaptability make him a critical component of any project. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Saint Joseph's University. Most recently, he was an Audit Senior Associate at Grant Thornton.

Northeast

Dan Diaconu joins the Greenwich Market as a Manager. He stays calm under pressure and in doing so, sets the tone for his teams. He earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Craivoa State University in Romania and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport. Most recently, he was a Product Control Associate at RBS.

Anastasia Kim, CPA, CA, joins the New York Market as a Senior Associate. She believes communication is the key to success and optimal results. Anastasia earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and her diploma in accounting from the University of British Columbia. Most recently, she was a Senior Associate at PwC.

Caroline Lowrance, CPA, joins the New York Market as a Senior Associate. She has a flexibility and comfort in unfamiliar situations and never fails to exhibit her mental agility in the face of change. She earned her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her master's degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. Previously, she was a Senior Associate at Deloitte.

Rob McNaboe joins the New York Market as a Senior Associate. He excels at getting to know his peers and forming strong team chemistry. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and was most recently an Audit Senior at Deloitte.

Laura Turyatemba, CPA, joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. She is a distinctive player in the workplace because she pays attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and international relations from Mount Holyoke College, and her Master of Science in accountancy and her Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. Most recently, she was a Senior Associate at EY. 

Christine Warner, CPA, joins the Boston Market as a Senior Associate. She leads by example and commits herself to any and every task at hand. She earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University and her master's degree in accounting from Boston College. Most recently, she was a Risk Assurance Senior Associate at PwC.

South

Chris Butera, CPA, joins the Charlotte Market as a Manager. He is motivated to create effective solutions and solves problems using his strong mental agility and analytical abilities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from LaSalle University. Most recently, he was a Finance Supervisor at Abbott Laboratories.

Mara Cappelli, CPA, CA, joins the Charlotte Market as an Associate Manager. She brings a tireless work ethic to every engagement and confidently leads high-quality processes to achieve exceptional outcomes. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University's School of Business and Economics. Most recently, she was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG.

Kevin Hia joins the D.C. Market as an Associate Manager. He has a team-player mentality that allows him to create strong and sincere relationships that uphold a commitment to excellence. He earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting at Virginia Tech. Most recently, he was an Audit Senior Associate at BDO.

Kacie Hoffman, CPA, joins the D.C. Market as a Senior Associate. She is committed to making the work environment a successful and collaborative place for all team members. She earned her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Science in accounting and information systems from Virginia Tech. Most recently, she was an Assurance Senior Associate at PwC.

Tyler Whitney joins the D.C. Market as a Senior Associate. His mental agility and confidence enable him to provide fresh solutions and embrace new challenges. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Science in accounting from James Madison University. Most recently, he was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG.

West

Vera Le, CPA, CA, joins the San Jose Market as a Senior Associate. She brings confidence and an impeccable work ethic to every engagement, allowing her clients to achieve their ultimate goals. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and marketing from the University of New South Wales. Most recently, she was a Senior Accountant at KPMG.

Scott Schroeder, CPA, joins the Denver Market as a Senior Associate. A mindful leader, he generates passion among those he coaches and brings perceptive insights and balance to his projects. He earned his master's degree in accountancy from the University of Denver and was most recently a Senior Audit Associate at Grant Thornton.

Siegfried Operations

Charlie Bytheway joins the Siegfried Operations team as a CRM Developer Analyst. He is self-motivated and easily connects and communicates with others to produce needed results. He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Widener University and was most recently a Business Analyst for Excelacom.

Rachel Krull joins the Siegfried Operations team as a Facilities Coordinator. A hard worker, she loves challenges, solving problems, and being part of a team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in facilities management from Temple University and was most recently a Leasing Consultant at The Westover Companies.
