Siegfried Welcomes New Professionals

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about Siegfried, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Importantly, all new employees are given the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held at the Mandarin Oriental hotel's pool deck on the first night of orientation, and during the remainder of the week, the group enjoyed dinners at restaurants such as Nobu, Delmonico Steakhouse and Costa di Mare.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Allison Schieffer to the Firm.  

Allison Schieffer
Allison joins Siegfried as a Market Associate in Washington, DC. Previously, she worked at the Mid-Atlantic's largest micro-market operator as an Account Manager. She specialized in client development and customer service, and worked with Human Resource leaders to enhance corporate culture and retention through customized workplace programs. Allison earned her Bachelor of Science in Consumer Marketing from the University of Alabama.

Allison's penchant for organization, positive personality, and "get-it-done" attitude make her a great fit Siegfried's DC Market. She looks forward to participating in all of the leadership development programs that Siegfried has to offer. After attending her first MY Journey™ event in Las Vegas, she said "Siegfried is a very special place. They provide you with all of the tools you need to become a better leader and encourage you to be the best version of yourself."

In her free time, Allison loves to keep busy with a good bottle of wine, music, friends and her puppy, Rocky. With a wedding coming up in the fall, she's been busy planning! When she has the opportunity to get away for a few days, she makes a trip to Naples, FL—her "happy place"!
