Siegfried Welcomes New Member to the Siegfried Advisory Team

Siegfried's New Hire Orientation program introduces professionals to its extraordinary culture, compelling business strategy and interesting work. During the three-day event, new employees learn more about Siegfried, meet members of Siegfried's Leadership and Operations teams, and become acquainted with fellow Professional Resources. Importantly, all new employees are given the opportunity to meet with Rob Siegfried, Founder and CEO, about Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

A welcome reception was held at the Mandarin Oriental hotel's pool deck on the first night of orientation, and during the remainder of the week, the group enjoyed dinners at restaurants such as Nobu, Delmonico Steakhouse and Costa di Mare.

Siegfried is excited to welcome Jessica Tarica to the Siegfried Advisory team. Siegfried Advisory, an affiliate of Siegfried, provides leadership, financial and tax services to entrepreneurial individuals and growing companies.

Jessica Tarica, CPA

Jessica, a Certified Public Accountant, joins Siegfried Advisory in Philadelphia as a Senior Associate. She comes to Siegfried after gaining several years of financial, tax and research experience at PwC in Chicago and the FASB in Connecticut. Jessica earned a dual degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Master of Accounting in Taxation, from the University of Illinois. She continued her graduate studies at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Master of Business Administration.

Jessica's flexible nature, can-do attitude, and analytical mindset allow her to navigate the most challenging and complex situations with unparalleled drive. Jessica's genuine positivity resonates with her team and her clients, allowing her to build compelling rapport. Outside the world of debits, credits and tantalizing tax techniques, Jessica enjoys ballroom dancing with her husband, spending time with her bunnies and fostering other rabbits, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. She loves cycling, kayaking and rolling up her sleeves and pitching in at a local organic farm. Originally from Chicago, Jessica is always adding new stamps to her passport, and enjoys swapping stories with the fascinating people she encounters along the way!
