Siegfried Welcomes Lauren Tirelli to its Leadership Team

As a Professional Resource Director and new member of Siegfried's National Market Leadership Team, Tirelli will execute Siegfried's human resource strategy with the Firm's Team Leaders and Professional Resources. This strategy focuses on leadership development, fulfillment of the Firm's 5 promises in a collaborative manner, and realizing Siegfried's higher purpose: We help People become better Leaders to exponentially improve their Lives.

"I feel incredibly energized to have a position on Siegfried's Leadership team," said Tirelli. "I'll be working closely with our Professional Resources to develop their careers, inspire Siegfried's values, and to encourage them to embrace the vast amount of opportunities available at the Firm."

Tirelli joined Siegfried in 2013 as a Professional Resource and became a Team Leader in early 2016. Before this, she was an Audit Senior at Deloitte. As a Professional Resource, Tirelli worked alongside financial leaders in our New York Metro Market, providing leadership advisory and assistance on their most important accounting and finance projects.

Tirelli earned her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Quinnipiac University and is a Certified Microsoft Office Excel^® 2010 Expert. Known for her positive attitude and ability to build lasting relationships, Tirelli thrives in new and challenging situations. In her free time, she runs, participates in book clubs, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
