Firm continues growing; McCauley joins Siegfried's Cleveland Market

As a Market Associate, McCauley will support the Cleveland Market with its leadership advisory, business development, and recruiting efforts. She will also assist local leadership as they work with clients in the Cleveland area to help them become better leaders to exponentially improve their lives.

Before joining Siegfried, McCauley held an Account Manager role at Google, where she strategically guided her clients' digital programs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from the University of Dayton.
For a long time, McCauley has had a knack for interior design, and in her free time she likes to research and explore the latest trends. It serves as a creative outlet and she enjoys helping family and friends with their design projects.
