SIA Announces Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms 2016
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, yesterday announced the 2016 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms. This year 112 companies qualified for inclusion on the annual list, making the 2016 list the largest since its inception in 2005. The list ranks firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2011 through 2015, excluding acquisitions. Loyal Source, who led last year's lineup, topped the list again this year with a CAGR of 126.6%. The 2016 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms is sponsored by Bullhorn.
To qualify for the list companies needed to have had at least $1 million in revenue in 2011 and at least 15% CAGR between 2011 and 2015. The median CAGR for the top ten companies this year was 72.6%. For the full list it was 30.3%, up 22.2% from last year.
"To show this level of growth, not just in a single year but consistently over a five year period is impressive," said Barry Asin, SIA President. "We look forward to seeing how these fast growing firms shape the future of staffing in the years ahead."
