LAS VEGAS and NILES, Ill., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Shure Incorporated unveiled the SE115m Sound Isolating(TM) Headset. As CES attendees will attest, 2010 is shaping up to be another year of explosive growth in the smartphone market. In fact, according to analyst firm Frost & Sullivan, of the nearly 1.3 billion mobile phones expected to ship globally in 2010, more than 250 million of them will be smartphones.

Shure's SE115m builds on the success of Shure's popular SE115m+ Sound Isolating(TM) Headset with Remote + Mic, which was launched in 2009 specifically for Apple products. The new SE115m headset features a sound isolating design, precise audio reproduction, and integrated functionality with an inline microphone and one-button control. The one-button remote control of the SE115m is located on the right earpiece cable, enabling users to easily answer or end calls without having to remove their earphones.
