Shruthi Reddy Kinkead Joins Sagent Advisors

NEW YORK, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Sagent Advisors Inc. announced today that Shruthi Reddy Kinkead has joined the firm as a senior banker in its New York office where she will focus on the healthcare industry.  Ms. Kinkead, who was most recently at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, brings to Sagent more than a decade of investment banking experience working with a variety of clients across the healthcare industry.

Ms. Kinkead has completed more than 70 healthcare-related transactions across M&A, public and private equity, and fixed income securities with an aggregate value in excess of $35 billion.  Most recently, Ms. Kinkead served as a Principal in the Global Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, she worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston in the Global Healthcare and Global Chemicals groups, where she focused on advisory and capital raising transactions.  Ms. Kinkead began her investment banking career as an Analyst in the Global Healthcare group at Salomon Smith Barney.  She graduated cum laude from Columbia University with a BA in Economics.
