Shot Spirits Corporation  recently announced that the Company's Board of Directors approved a dividend of restricted common stock of Green Bridge Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRBG) for shareholders of record as of April 5, 2010, with a payment date of no later than May 5, 2010.  Shot Spirits shareholders are to receive 1 share of Green Bridge Industries, Inc. stock for every 33 shares they own of Shot Spirits Corporation, as of the Record Date; no fractional shares shall be issued.
