Shoppes at Apple Greene welcomes the first Marshalls to Calvert County, Maryland

The Shoppes at Apple Greene is a 100,000-square foot center located at the intersection of Southern Maryland Blvd. (MD Route 4) & Ward Road in Dunkirk, Calvert County, Maryland.  Construction started on the 48,000 square foot Harris Teeter.  In addition to the Harris Teeter and Marshalls, there will be 30,000 square feet for additional stores, restaurants, and service providers.  "We are thrilled with the lineup of national, regional and local retailers and restaurants who are currently solidifying their leases at the Shoppes at Apple Greene.
