SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Keji Inc., the creators of the innovative Brobo children's plush toy line, launched their eCommerce store and received their first order within 24 hours after deciding to sell online at this year's International Toy Fair. Prior to the fair, Brobo was not available for purchase online. The company was motivated to quickly launch an eCommerce store after they received numerous inquiries from trade show attendees about where the toy could be purchased.

Brobo is the first toy line from Canadian toy company Keji Inc., which was started in 2009 by Jeff Lai and Kim Blair. The plush toy robots have made numerous appearances at trade shows in both the United States and Asia.
Shopatron's easy-to-use, hosted eCommerce solution for brands was the perfect solution for Brobo's immediate desire for an online store. The new store gives interested buyers the possibility to conveniently make their purchases, without hampering their retail distribution strategy. All orders from the store can be routed to local retailers for delivery to the customers.
"After launching Brobo at Toy Fair and generating a ton of interest from attendees, we knew we had to get our online store up and running as soon as possible," said Jeff Lai, co-owner of Keji Inc. "Shopatron was great to work with under such a tight timeline and we are very happy with the quick result."
Shopatron's eCommerce solution supports the new company's plan to significantly increase retail distribution of their products. Keji immediately gains access to 3,300 toy dealers who are already fulfilling orders through Shopatron's order exchange for the toy and hobby industry. With access to thousands of new retailers, Keji should be able to quickly increase its distribution across Canada and into the United States for Brobo.
"Online retail is growing exponentially in the toy and hobby industry," said Shopatron's SVP of Marketing, Mark Grondin. "We work with over 120 toy brands, having launched nearly 30 new brands in 2011. And now Keji, who launched in less than 24 hours, can take advantage of the online marketplace both to sell directly to consumers and to use those sales to expand its retail distribution. Shopatron is an ideal partner for growing brands like Brobo."
