Statistics from ShopAtHome.com's Back-to-School Buy-havior Report reveal that consumers are being budget-savvy about their back-to-school shopping needs this year. According to the report, 80 percent of consumers will search online or at bargain stores for back-to-school items instead of traditional retailers.  Additionally, 76 percent of consumers plan to shop the sales more often to help curb back-to-school spending and 53 percent plan to use more coupons.
