ShopAtHome.com Appoints Chuck Davis to Executive Board

As former CEO of Fandango and Shopzilla, Davis will help guide ShopAtHome.com as it continues its rapid growth, focusing on the company's ongoing commitment to a personalized savings experience.

Prior to Shopzilla, Davis oversaw e-commerce for The Walt Disney Company's Internet Group along with holding leadership positions at TV Guide Magazine and Time Warner Inc. Davis currently is a venture partner at Technology Crossover Ventures. In addition, he holds several board directorships, including Boingo Wireless and The Teaching Company. He also serves as the International Chairman for the Young Presidents' Organization, is a trustee at Brown University and is an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Harvard Business School.
