ShipWorks is Growing; Company Adds Four and Looking for Five More
ST. LOUIS, Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ShipWorks, the e-commerce industry's leading shipping software provider located in downtown St. Louis, has recently added four people to its team. The company continues to look for qualified candidates in the areas of software engineering, customer care, XSL /HTML/CSS development, customer success onboarding and technical support.
Andrew Benz joined ShipWorks as a Senior Software Engineer and is responsible for designing, developing and upgrading ShipWorks software to meet the needs of customers. Prior to ShipWorks, Andrew was at The Foundry Software Development Company in St. Louis. Andrew earned his MIS and MBA degrees from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and attended McCluer North High School in Florissant.
Kemata McCline joined ShipWorks as a Customer Care Representative and is responsible for assisting customers with basic installation and troubleshooting of ShipWorks software, or peripheral equipment related to ShipWorks software. Kemata has held positions of increasing responsibility in customer service with companies like Rent-A-Center and AT&T. A native of St. Louis, Kemata attended Roosevelt High School.
Michael Petter joined the ShipWorks team as a Senior Software Engineer and is responsible for designing, developing and upgrading ShipWorks software to meet the needs of customers. Previously, Michael was with TriZetto healthcare IT solutions. Michael is also from the St. Louis area, and he earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Chris Ross joined ShipWorks as a Senior Designer and is responsible for developing the company's creative art direction and assisting to manage the brand strategy. Chris joins the ShipWorks team with nearly a decade of graphic design experience, and most recently was a Senior Designer for Fuszion Collaborative, an advertising agency in Virginia. He earned his bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University.
