Sherwin-Williams Declares Dividend of $0.84 per Common Share

CLEVELAND, Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.84 per common share, an increase of 25% over the $0.67 paid in the same quarter in 2015, payable on March 11, 2016, to shareholders of record on February 29, 2016. This increase follows 37 consecutive years of dividend increases.
