Sherwin-Williams Declares Dividend of $0.67 per Common Share

CLEVELAND, Feb. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.67 per common share, an increase of 22% over the same quarter in 2014, payable on March 13, 2015, to shareholders of record on March 2, 2015.  This increase follows 36 consecutive years of dividend increases.
