Shell Fleet Navigator® Card Celebrates One Year Anniversary
New Offerings Bolster Control, Savings And Convenience To Fleets
HOUSTON, Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Shell, one of the largest fuel card providers in the world, this month celebrates the first anniversary of its Shell Fleet Navigator® Card in the U.S. market. With the ability to instantly enforce company policies, combined with the access offered by one of the nation's largest fuel networks, Fleet Navigator customers can significantly reduce their out-of-policy expenditures and fuel costs.
"I have been using the Shell Fleet Navigator Card for a while now, and it's the best fuel card company I have used in my career. I have been supervising fuel accounts for over 15 years and this Shell product is by far the best I have used," said Joseph Conley, District Chief, Northeast Mobile Health Services. "The customer service their sales and support team have given me both during and after implementation are top notch. I would recommend to any large company that they should take a hard look at their current provider and see if they can compete with Shell."
"We know that fuel can represent a sizable portion of a fleet's running costs. The Shell Fleet Navigator Card offers a number of convenient and cost-cutting benefits to fleet managers," said Henry Miller, General Manager of the Commercial Fleet Card Program for Shell in the U.S. "We're able to work with our customers to offer control, flexibility and ultimately, peace of mind so they can best navigate the complex business environment and ensure their fleets are primed for success."
In the last year, the Shell Fleet Navigator Card has added new offerings to customers, including:
- A 20% discount on most services at participating Jiffy Lube® Service Centers1
- Access to the unique Fuel Rewards Network™ program, which delivers valuable benefits at participating Shell stations2
Bringing both 50 years of fuel card experience and expertise as one of the largest branded fuel retailers in the world, Shell launched the Shell Fleet Navigator Card in September 2013. The card allows managers to tailor their fuel network to control when, where and what fuel sites their drivers use, helping to alter driver behavior and increase savings. The card is accepted at 95 percent of all U.S. fuel stations, including 14,500 Shell stations nationwide.
