Shell Files Annual Report and Form 20-F With SEC

Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE:RDS.A) (NYSE:RDS.B) filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2012 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
