ALTOONA, Pa., Oct. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sheetz, Inc. announces the opening of a brand new store in Charleston, WV. This store will be the second location to the Kanawha County surrounding area, and is scheduled to open to the public on Thursday, October 20, 2016, at 104 Lakeview Drive, Charleston, WV. Sheetz continues its growth in the state of West Virginia with 54 operating stores, one of which being the very first Sheetz Café style convenience restaurant.

The grand opening celebration will begin at 10:45 a.m. with our signature ribbon-cutting ceremony, where locals along with Sheetz family member, Charlie Sheetz, will bear witness to the last time the doors will be unlocked as the store will remain open 24/7, year round. During this festive celebration, Sheetz will offer samples from their extensive menu, free self-serve Sheetz coffee for a limited time, and prize giveaways while supplies last.

The new store will offer award winning made-to-order (MTO®) menu items from unique touch-screen terminals, inside seating, a drive-thru for on-the-go convenience, and a car wash. This location will also provide over thirty full- and part-time job opportunities.

In true philanthropic spirit, Sheetz will donate $2500 dollars to Special Olympics West Virginia during the grand opening event. As a proud supporter of Special Olympics for over 20 years, Sheetz extends its support through monetary and in-kind contributions, as well as, event volunteerism.
