Dave Dwyer will focus on Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Business Operations
MAHWAH, N.J., Oct. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation (SEC), is pleased to announce that Dave Dwyer has been promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations.
In his new role, Dave will be responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain Management and enhancing alliances with supply chain partners in support of the Sharp Consumer and Business Products companies. Over the past year, Sharp has sought to improve and enhance its effectiveness across all areas in the Supply Chain Process. Dwyer will now lead this effort by consolidating the various functional departments under one unified group.

Dwyer comes to the new role with more than 20 years of logistics and supply chain experience. He has held previous management roles in Nabisco Biscuit Company and Kraft Foods before coming to Sharp as the Director of Supply Chain Planning in 2002. Over the last 13 years, Dave has led many key projects focused on developing logistics strategy and improving supply chain efficiencies.
