Sharon Ball is a self-described "self-help" addict and has always been driven to help others. As a mother, wife, nurse practitioner, life and wellness coach, and certified Christian transformational life coach, she believes the first person you have to get to buy into your ability to succeed is you.

Prior to establishing Reinvention Enterprises, Sharon spent thirty years as a Nurse. She became an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse after earning a BSN from Bowling Green State University and specialized in helping the critically ill, educating them as to the best ways to avoid a recurrence of whatever life threatening situation brought them into her care. Later, Sharon would return to school and gain two Master's Degrees. The first was in Community Health and Wellness Promotion through California College of Health Sciences. Her second master's Degree in Geriatrics and Diabetes Management from the University of Southern Alabama resulted in her becoming certified as a Nurse Practitioner.

More recently, Sharon has channeled her talents into coaching others on issues related to their health, wellbeing, and success. In her quest to create a healthy and satisfying life for herself and for others, she read hundreds of "self-help books" but quickly tired of pretty phrases and empty promises. As a result, Sharon decided to put the scientific method to work and wrote the book, Reinventing Yourself Today. She then used the book to springboard into a coaching program to help others create their dream life.

Today, Sharon has helped hundreds of people gain the critical self-confidence necessary to tackle some of life's biggest curve balls including: weight loss, quitting smoking, creativity, dealing with loss, health management, and other key challenges people face. In what little spare time she gets, between kids, grandkids, pets, and those she helps, Sharon spends her time gardening, reading books, and raising chickens.
