BEAVERTON, Ore., Feb. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Shari's Management Corporation and Shari's Restaurant Group announced that John Iannucci will be joining its senior leadership team as Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations and announced that Tony Fialho will become Executive Chef and Director, Culinary Innovation. Iannucci arrives at Shari's following over two years as Vice President of Operations for Logan's Roadhouse. Fialho has served in a similar capacity in several large restaurant chains. Shari's Management Corporation manages Shari's Café & Pies, the largest full-service family dining chain based in the Pacific Northwest with 94 locations throughout Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nebraska and Wyoming.

Iannucci's professional career began at Famous Dave's followed by eight years at Cheesecake Factory in the Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. area. He has also been Director of Operations for Max Brenner restaurants in the USA and Alicart's Camine's restaurants in the Bahamas.

Fialho's background includes tenure as the Directory of Culinary Innovation at Taco Bueno as well as Chili's Corporate Innovation Chef in the Dallas area. Previously, he worked as Black Bear Diner's Director of Culinary Innovation in Northern California.
