On February 29, 2024, TTEC issued a press release announcing its financial results for fourth quarter and full year 2023. Among other items, TTEC announced non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.37, missing consensus estimates by $0.02. On this news, TTEC's stock price fell $3.58 per share, or 20.52%, to close at $13.87 per share on March 1, 2024.
