("MasTec" or the "Company") (NYSE: MTZ), during the period between August 12, 2014 and March 17, 2015 inclusive. (the "Class Period").
The Lawsuit alleges that throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's financial performance.
