NEW YORK, March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Attorney Advertising -- Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC announces that a securities class action has been filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of those who purchased shares of Envivio, Inc. ("Envivio" or the "Company") (NasdaqGS:ENVI ), during the period between April 25, 2012 and September 6, 2012, inclusive (the "Class Period").
The complaint charges Envivio and certain of its executives with violations of federal securities laws. The Complaint alleges that when this adverse information became known, the Company's stock lost more than half of its value.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of all Envivio shareholders who purchased common stock during the Class Period described above.
