The Audit Committee of the Company's board of directors has initiated an internal investigation, the results of which are subject to review by the U.S. government, and the company has stopped all shipments to the distributor at issue pending resolution of the investigation.
Following this news, shares of VASCO fell $0.84 per share or 3.14% during intraday trading to trade at $25.85 on July 22, 2015.
