SGT Awarded CIO-SP 3 to Provide IT Services to the Federal Government

GREENBELT, Md., June 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SGT, Inc., a leading provider of Engineering, Science, Project Management, and Information Technology services, today announced that it has been awarded a contract for the Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP 3) by the National Institutes of Health NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NIHTAAC).

CIO-SP 3 is a ten (10) year indefinite delivery – indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing all contract types. The contract is designed to permit the Institutes and Centers (ICs) of NIH, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and all other government agencies to acquire a large range of IT services and solutions.

The range of IT Services under the contract include IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Science and Research, CIO Support, Imaging, Outsourcing, IT Operations and Maintenance, Integration Services, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance, Digital Government, Enterprise Resource Planning and Software Development. 

The SGT team includes: Palmetto GBA, Southern Research Institute, Primescape, TestPros and StrategicHealthSolutions, LLC.
