FREMONT, Calif., March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SGI (Nasdaq: SGI), a trusted leader in technical computing, today announced that on Tuesday, February 15th, the Superior Court of the State of California for Alameda County dismissed with prejudice the shareholder derivative action lawsuit captioned Milo v. Barton, et al, Case No. R30944-0474, filed on March 10, 2009. Plaintiffs stipulated to a voluntary dismissal of the case. SGI is pleased that this milestone was favorably achieved.
