Seventh Annual Kiddie Academy® Storytime LIVE! Event Kicks Off Nationwide

ABINGDON, Md., July 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kiddie Academy^®, a nationally recognized provider of comprehensive educational child care programs, invites children and their parents to Storytime LIVE!, a free community event where Curious George jumps off the page and visits the classroom in person, now in its seventh year! Over 100 select Kiddie Academy locations will host the event in markets nationwide this summer.

Participating Kiddie Academy locations will host Storytime LIVE! on one of three dates: Saturday, July 29; Saturday, August 26; or Saturday, September 30, beginning at 10 a.m. At the event, attendees will enjoy a story reading and classroom visit with Curious George for a truly memorable experience for children. Research shows that reading aloud to young children is one of the best activities to stimulate language and cognitive skills because it helps to build essential speech, communication and literacy skills.
