Top Ranked Community Bank in Alabama Announces Mobile Board of Directors & Executives
MOBILE, Ala., April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ServisFirst Bank announces the Mobile Board of Directors and executive team to lead the Mobile region. The team is comprised of Mobile area veteran bankers formerly associated with BankTrust, as well as key industry leaders, with William 'Bibb' Lamar serving as Chairman and CEO for ServisFirst Bank Mobile.
In addition to Lamar, the Mobile Board of Directors will consist of Randy Billingsley, Stephen Crawford, Lowell Friedman, Barry Gritter, Dr. James M. Harrison, Ken Johnson and John Lewis.
Joining the current executive leadership of Alex Arendall, Senior Vice President and Jay Weber, Senior Vice President, ServisFirst Bank will be led by Mobile's top banking executives including, Bruce C. Finley, Jr. as Executive Vice President, Randall S. Adams as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banker, Becky Minto as Senior Vice President, Scott Patterson as Treasury Manager, Beth Cazalas as Vice President and Sherry Coker as Assistant Vice President.

Bibb Lamar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned Mobile banker with over 40 years of leadership responsibilities, Bibb Lamar began his banking career with Merchants National, now Regions Bank, where he spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles. Most recently, Lamar was the CEO of BankTrust, where he served for over 20 years. A graduate of the University of Mobile, Lamar has served on the State Banking Board for several terms and also served as President of Alabama Banker's Association, where he presently serves on the Board of Directors.

Randy Billingsley, Director
A Mobile native and graduate of The University of Alabama, Randy Billingsley is the President of Mobile Asphalt. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Asphalt Company, LLC, A-Club Charitable Foundation and Crimson Tide Foundation. Billingsley formerly served on the Board of Directors for Capstone Bank.
Stephen Crawford, Director
A graduate of Duke University and Duke University School of Law, Stephen Crawford practices litigation at Hand Arendall, LLC. He is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association and the Alabama Bar Association. Crawford has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the fields of corporate law and banking law for more than 20 years. Crawford formerly served on the Board of Directors for BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. and BankTrust.
Lowell Friedman, Director
A University of Alabama graduate, Lowell Friedman is the President of Creola Investment Corporation. Friedman formerly served on the Board of Directors for BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. and BankTrust.
Barry Gritter, Director

Dr. James M. Harrison, Director
James M. Harrison, Jr., M.D., a board certified ophthalmologist, received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. After his residency in ophthalmology, Harrison established his private practice, Premiere Medical ENT Group. Harrison formerly served on the Board of Directors for BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. and BankTrust.
Ken Johnson, Director
A Clemson University graduate and long time Mobile resident, Johnson is majority owner of DotComPlus, LLC, which owns and operates WNSP-FM and WZEW-FM in Mobile. He is also the owner of Capitol Broadcasting Corporation, which leases radio tower sites in Texas and Tennessee and part owner and Managing Partner of Wagon Wheel Broadcasting, which owns and operates WSCH-FM in Aurora, IN and WIKI-FM in Carrolton, KY. Johnson formerly served on the Board of Directors for BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. and BankTrust.
John Lewis, Director
John Lewis served as President and Chairman of Lewis Communications, Inc. until retirement in 2005. Currently, Lewis is Senior Partner with Lewis & Associates, LLC, a cost analysis and profit enhancement consulting firm. Lewis formerly served on the Board of Directors for BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. and BankTrust.

Bruce C. Finley, Jr., Executive Vice President
Bruce Finley began his banking career in 1976 with Merchants National, now Regions Bank, where he served until joining Bank of Mobile, now BankTrust, in 1989. He served over 20 years with Bank of Mobile/BankTrust in numerous leadership positions. Most recently, Finley served as Executive Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender for BankTrust. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama and his MBA from the University of North Dakota.
Randall S. Adams, Senior Vice President
Randall Adams began his banking career in 1969 with Regions Bank, where he served until 1998. In 1998, Adams joined BankTrust, where he held several leadership positions, most recently Executive Vice President, Loan Administration. Adams received his Bachelor of Science from Spring Hill College. He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the National Commercial Lending School.
Becky Minto, Senior Vice President
Becky Minto is a respected Mobile banker with over 36 years of experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Retail Banking for BankTrust. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama. Additionally, Minto graduated from the Alabama Banking School and ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management.
Scott Patterson, Vice President, Cash Management
With over 19 years of banking experience, Scott Patterson joins ServisFirst Bank as Vice President, Cash Management, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Trade Finance for Regions Bank. He began his banking career in the International Banking Division with Regions Bank, where he served in various leadership positions. Patterson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama.
Beth Cazalas, Vice President
Beth Cazalas joins ServisFirst Bank as Vice President with over 12 years of banking experience and 15 years of experience in marketing and sales, mostly recently serving at Corporate Treasury Services for BankTrust. She began her banking career with SouthTrust Bank and served as Area Retail Manager before moving to BankTrust. While with BankTrust, she served in various leadership positions. Cazalas received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from St. Louis University.
Sherry Coker, Assistant Vice President
Sherry Coker has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently serving as Retail Manager for BankTrust. Coker started her banking career in retail banking with Regions Bank, formerly known as AmSouth Bank. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Marketing and Communications from East Tennessee State University. Coker has been recognized for two consecutive years by the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce as a Top New Member Producer.
