Servigistics Appoints Former Industry Analyst to Lead Global Marketing and Alliances

As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Alliances, Mark will be responsible for the development and execution of global marketing strategy, including positioning, branding, demand creation, public relations, product marketing and strategic partnerships. He brings many years of experience in the service and supply chain industry to Servigistics, having held senior positions in product management, business development, and marketing with procurement and supply chain technology providers.
Prior to Servigistics, Mark served as Chief Services Strategist at Qualcomm Enterprise Services (QES). Mark also spent five years at the Aberdeen Group, a research firm focused on the global technology-driven value chain where as Chief Research Officer, he founded the market-leading Service Chain Management research practice and the Chief Service Officer Summit Series.
