ServiceCEO Announces 42 Percent Quarter-over-Quarter Revenue Growth for Its Software-as-a-Service Field Service Management Solution
100,000 work orders processed with ServiceCEO Web Edition in first half of 2010
BOSTON, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- ServiceCEO, (formerly known as Insight Direct) a leading provider of field service management software, today announced that Q2 2010 revenue for its software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution grew 42% percent over Q1 2010.
In the quarter ending June 30, 2010, 86 new field service businesses selected the web-based SaaS solution to help maximize productivity and billable hours and minimize time spent on paperwork and scheduling. During the quarter, more than 100,000 jobs - representing over $20 million in field service revenues - were booked, scheduled, and managed using the software.
Among the companies added to its Web Edition customer line up were Elite Heating & Air Conditioning, Advanced Lawn Care, Community Action Partnership of Orange County, Cool Breeze Refrigeration, Arco Temp Air Company, 911 Restoration, and Seattle City Lights.

- Generated 82 percent more cash from ServiceCEO Web Edition SaaS product than the previous quarter.
- Transitioned over 30 companies from on-premise products to the company's SaaS solution.
- Signed over 100 new customers for the ServiceCEO Office Edition client/server product.
- Increased penetration into the SMB and franchise field service markets including:
- 46 new customers in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, tech and other install/maintain/repair service businesses.
- 39 new customers in commercial & residential cleaning.
