Service King Continues Chicago Growth, Acquires Loro Auto Works

RICHARDSON, Texas, March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Service King Collision Repair Centers, an industry leading multi-state operator of high-quality collision repair services, announced today further expansion in the Chicago metro area with the acquisition of Loro Auto Works.

The merger marks Service King's second in the Chicago area this year as the premier provider of collision repair services now extends services to customers at 14 convenient locations in the area. The deal, of which terms were not disclosed, officially closed February 27. Loro Auto Works operated a single location in Oak Park, Ill.
