RICHARDSON, Texas, June 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Service King Collision Repair Centers (Service King) announced today it has finalized the acquisition of Sterling Collision Centers. As one of the largest and fastest growing multi-shop operators in the country, Service King now operates 175 locations across 20 states.

The acquisition supports Service King's robust growth strategy and further strengthens its position as the premier provider of high-quality collision repair backed with exceptional customer service.
